This gives you a rough idea.

I'll make a stock osd of my current /osd sometime soon.

Ok ok :) I wonder how much it is possible to modify the osd, is it for example possible to modify the list view so it dosnt fill the whole width of the screen?

Or should I wait for the custom pages coming soon, if I would like to control the layout completely? :)

Yep that's possible. I made some extra wide versions some time ago (file). Just compare the normal / wide version and you'll get the idea.

yeh, just check out the xml's in any text editor and you can get a feel for whats going on.

I'm making a stock osd.bin now, I'll add the link here (and to the old tutorial) briefly.

Thanks Zoster :)

I am using the newest firmware from b-rad.
If I wanna get started with some small changes before b-rads releases a stock osd of his current firmware, could I then via doing selective theming with an app.bin (described here http://b-rad.cc/877/wdtv-osd-how-to-make-a-custom-theme/) , make some changes to the files found in this older osd "http://rapidshare.com/files/232291968/stock.osd-0.3.bin" ?

I mean could I get some small modifications done this way or will it fuck it all up since its an older version? :)
