In order for me to support a new firmware (1.05 vs. 1.02.) the WDTVExt plugin feature needs to be re-assembled and released by the homebrew team.
The key contributor\developer for this was Pibos who until recently was not available to do this work.
Pibos is now re-engaged and there is an initiative underway to get this feature implemented in 1.05 along with some key new features\fixes. I don't have an ETA on this as I don't control that feature.
In regards to 2.0.2 and 5.1.1, the official answer is NO. Only 2.0.3 was updated to support the changes in the 5.1.1 firmware.
One key difference is that in 5.1.1, the firmware plugin used to provide moviesheet references was changed to be called ExtSheet and as a result some of the configuration values were renamed to be called ExtSheet as well.
I had to update my code to make reference to these new configuration names. IF you run 2.0.2, it will continue to refer to the old names, which is fine as they still exist, but if you want to update them you can only access the newer values and I will not see them.
There seems to be some mounting of USB drive differences as well which can cause intermittent failures of the loading of MovieSheets+ at boot time. 2.0.3 adds some additional logic to find the mounted references to address this.
