the current plugin should work again with vk links only. they added other links that are not yet implemented.
I will upgrade the plugin soon...
But I also want to add new features like pages based movie list and search function.

I've updated the changes, but svn diff shows there is only one blank line added to the code. Are you sure you pasted the correct file?

Hi, I think I found a bug. Here the steps:

- watching a movie,
- press pause button,
- press play button,
- playback for 10,20 sec and then stop.

This happens for any UMSP plugin. If you pause long enough (10, 20 seconds), the MediaLogic process will close the socket that gets your data. When you play back again it will play back whatever it has in the buffer and exit. It doesn't try to reconnect at all.

The solution is - don't pause for too long.

Ok, don't pause to loog. But isn't there any other code solution to fix this problem?

There's no solution I know of. Basically the plugin ends its work when it passes over a URL to be played. Playback is handled inside the binary-only part of the firmware, so we can't tweak it.

I was thinking about having a proxy that can handle it, but most proxies use fpassthru after they get the data, so they don't actually run for long either.

In theory, a proxy that doesn't use fpassthru could keep an internal buffer and keepalive the socket, but it would introduce more complexity in the proxy (reading and passing data to the playback binary), and runs into the risks of timing out.
