Alright, so I flashed this and everything went fine but I'm experiencing a very annoying bug. Whenever I play music from a media server such as Playback (Mac) or Serviio (Windows) every song seems to have the first second cut off. Anyway I can help diagnose the problem?

Just a problem with .mkv DTS movies.... It doesn't work, and i have to reboot WDTV to use it again.

I just flashed this firmware, but for some reason I can't change any settings or stop the FTP server for instance. If I change the config, the edit just doesn't stick when the page is refreshed. When I try to stop the FTP server, I get this message:

Stopping FTP Server:

sudo: must be setuid root
Done

Now, I'm just a simple Windows guy, so I'm not sure how to fix this. Any tips?

PS. I installed this over B-RAD's 1.05.04_V-WDLXTV-Live-0.5.1.1 version, so if that's an issue please let me know!

i've recently changed my linux distribution and probably during backup
some permissions in firmware files has been changed. i'll have to check this.
