the first link requires an MS Silverlight plug-in so its unlikely the content would render without a bunch of transcoding work even if links are accessible

the second link looks to frontend YouTube content so you have several options to get to those media already available to you

and finally the third link looks like a simple streaming service, ignoring the paid content, and would require a plug-in similar to the PBS or SVTPlay plug-ins; a quick Google turned up an XBMC plug-in that looks simple enough to convert to UMSP although the real work would lie in being able to process the stream. I'll add this to the, rather long, list of plug-ins I'd like to tackle.

I'm rather surprised given how tech savvy India is and the number of ex-pats working around the globe that this hasn't been tackled, maybe some additional Googling would turn up a solution?

Hi shunte;
Thank you for the quick reply. I will try with pbs plug in. After that I will inform you. I used bbc podcast to do this. But It showed list of title. When I clicked on it It said no content found. I am going to try with Pbs and SVT

that's rather sexy I must say ;)

Speaking of Google, did anyone notice the crazy rainbows popping on the search page today - anyone else? or did I pick up some stupid virus?

This was on my machine at work so now I'm a little worried...

Rule of thumb: Always log out of your work machine. I remember someone switched a guy's mouse buttons to left handed and it took all day for him to figure out what was going on.

Yes, always dangerous to leave a PC unattended. At a former employer, I changed my boss' Windows keyboard settings from "United States" to "United States - Dvorak".
I watched him for 15 minutes ... where he push a few keys - and see a different letter come up on the screen. I stopped him after he grabbed the Windows CD was about ready to re-install Windows.

Now people at work are less destructive -- they just send emails from the unlocked PC (as the people whose PC it is) -- offering to buy lunch for entire IT team - or admitting to some obviously lie.

:)
The funniest trick a colleage of mine did was to break into the computer of a colleague (or found it unlocked) and to send an e-mail to the whole team (mostly made out of junior engineers) to announce that their team leader will be leaving and he (the colleague with the broken computer) will be appointed the next team leader. Once the change in management would happen - many things would be more strict (no more facebook/youtube/etc).
You should have seen the faces of the juniors when they read the e-mail :):):)
Luckily, the team leader played along to the gag so we managed to squeeze out additional laughs at the expense of the poor engineers.

But hey, what's work without a little laugh?
