Is there a setting in TG for HUB xml generation that stops the backdrop section and all but 1 thumbnail section. I prefer 0 backdrops and only need 1 thumbnail.

There is no such setting.

2. trailer link setting to please?
3. awhile back you created an xml export template for the hub. When generating xmls without moviesheets from TG this works great... for movies.

For TV it does not pull the correct data. a second hub xml template for TV would be great. with the following changes:
- "Overview" pulls the information from "Episode Plot"
- "Title" pulls the information from "Episode Title"

4. When selecting to export images as png to have an additional option to save it as jpg. This will generate as png with transparency. then immediately rename to jpg. Can use a batch command such as "ren *.png *.jpg"

TG prompted for update to 1.2.6 but it still generates general info for TV not episode. Is there supposed to be a new XML option to choose from for TV or is incorporated into the same xml?

It is also not grabbing a trailer link [I would recommend youtube over imdb for that scrape, the hub uses it]

I had no time to properly implement the youtube trailers linking (therefore for now just the imdb link is available). From TheMovieDB.org I get also trailer link (usually youtube). IMDB link is used only as alternative (if the trailer link is missing from the main collector used)

And speaking about the episode plot.. it is saved in the <plot> element; the series description is stored in <overview>. As I don't have a Hub to test, I have no idea when <plot> is displayed and when <overview>......

I believe the better option would be to reverse the 2. Here are 2 comparisons. The Bolded parts are the episode description which is what I would like to see when generated. If I am reading that correctly, the HUB is displaying the overview.

Also not sure if this is possible but it was brought up on the Hub forum.

When you make the swap to put the episode info to go to overview instead of plot if you could add season/episode number too. For some reason the hub doesn't read this data [at this time].

not sure if it would be easier to leave the Hub compatible xml template as is and call it the movie version
then make a second hub compatible xml template with the changes, strictly for TV.

Sorry for requesting so much but your tool is the best and I know it was designed for the live and live plus. Also I understand its difficult to make features for a device that you dont even have[hub]. We really do appreciate your hard work. If you need any other examples or details clarified dont hesitate to ask. Ill get you the best info I can. Thanks

This is a good idea, I'll do it that way (Adding season/episode info to the <overview>). I think it is not needed to have 2 templates (I anyway detect at runtime if I am processing a movie or an episode and I put the correct info in the generated xml).

Interesting is what should come after "Season: 1 Episode: 3"? A CR/LF? Or? If you want that "Leonardo asks...." to come on a new line...
