Movie sheet templates:
First download the Mega Template pack by Extremedigital:
http://www.wdtvlive.net/showthread.php?312-Mega-Template-Pack-1.7 and extract the contents to ThumbGen 1.2.3.0\Templates\
mirror link: http://www.mediafire.com/?2sze0jtqni8x4p5
http://www.mediafire.com/?7e0s0x27y67p9ra
http://www.mediafire.com/?a41ow2sublpvu2n
Extract the above files and paste all folders in the following location ThumbGen 1.2.3.0\Templates\Template_Mega_Pack_1.7
Your version of thumbgen may differ.
open thumbgen
go to options in thumbgen-->input/output Naming and change the main moviesheet to the following
$M\$N
and select png as the file type extension.
Now...
generate your moviesheet with either of the above template..and finally
rename the moviesheet generated to a jpg file ..e.g. rename moviesheet.png to moviesheet.jpg
-----
NOTE:
1. Do so manually don't use any image editor to save a jpg, else the transparency will be lost.
Enjoy.
1.1 You may also use a non-transparent moviesheet so just use a template with non-transparent background and keep the file format as .jpg
2.0 Media library on the LIVE HUB should be ON.
2.1 Your moviesheets should be accompanied with its respective metadata file else it won't be displayed.
i.e
video.mkv
video.xml
video.jpg (movie sheet)
As you can see in the screenshot below, we can in a sense keep the cover box

So
what i did was to create a dummy file with notepad. (just create a blank file with notepad and rename to required name and file extension)
eg.
1.0
Easy A 2010.mkv_sheet.mkv
and generate a thumbnail (with thumbgen if possible) for that file :
Easy A 2010.mkv_sheet.jpg
next
2.0
Easy A 2010.mkv --(The Actual movie)
Easy A 2010.jpg --The movie's cover box thumbnail...
Easy A 2010.xml --meta data
next
3.0
create a folder for example EasyA movie and place all files in it i.e:
Easy A 2010.mkv --(The Actual movie)
Easy A 2010.jpg ----The movie's cover box thumbnail...
Easy A 2010.xml -meta data
Easy A 2010.mkv_sheet.mkv --The dummy file
Easy A 2010.mkv_sheet.jpg --The MovieSheet
Easy A 2010.mkv_sheet.xml --Meta data .. just make a copy of your movie's metadata and rename as the dummy file name
(Note: the meta data for the moviesheet is not required, but you could use it as a backup but the part before .mkv_sheet should be the same as the file name of the medata file. in this case it is Easy A 2010)
you could also create a thumbnail for that folder..
rename to folder.jpg (folder thumbnail)
Next:
4.0
- In the Menu goto Setup----> Video Settings -----> Video Playback Sequence
Change to Repeat All
This will bounce it from the dummy file to the main movie.....
Means you can press play(don't press on OK) on the moviesheet and the movie starts playing !!!!!!!
Thanks to extremedigital !
