well, have you tried the "easy" way?
1. download
Optware for Live2. put
opt.bin in the root of an usb drive and plug it into wdtv, reboot
3. install asterisk (1.4, 1.6 or 1.8), use
ipkg list to see whats available
- Code: Select all
ipkg update
ipkg install asterisk18

I haven't tested it in deep, but it seemed to basically work out of the box.. it's worth a try.
And yes, i have to admit that compiling asterisk for wdtv can be very annoying, some modules/apps more than others, that's why i didn't include all modules/apps in my release.
