What system?(version,config etc.)
And why you limit download speed by default? (850Kb/s in trans conf) For avoid some problem like this?

Transmission is working perfectly for me. The only thing I can't configure is remote access. I can connect to the webend for the wdtv when out and about however if I try to click on 'transmission' it trys to connect to 192.168.1.100:9091 not my IP.

I know how to port forward etc but just can't get this sorted.

Any tips ?

If you have external ip connection to transmission is easy. In your browser you type http:// < your external ip adress>:9091 and is all... But you must forwarded 9091 port in you router to your wdtv

Hi ALL,

Thanks the great work ! I have G2 and I transmission is working perfrctly.

One little problem: Where should I modify the settings.json ? I found one here: /apps/transmission/../settings.json.

if I use the transmission GUI (standalone app not the webUI) I can set up the download dir succesfully but after this If I open this settings.json file I can not see my changes.....

Other things: where can I modify the the path for resume, torrent folders? I would like to redirect them to the HDD insted of storing them in the box.

First of all, thanks for this app.bin. I have been using it for ages now and like it much better than the included rtorrent...

I wanted to ask if there's any chance to get the new versions of Transmission? Or maybe even the compile script (if you used one), as I have no idea how to compile it properly myself...
