Wake on lan not working?

Hello, i am messing around with wake on lan. Is this even working? I tryed in the power event manager
ether-wake -b -i E8:94:F6:2C:F9:0B
ether-wake -b E8:94:F6:2C:F9:0B
ether-wake E8:94:F6:2C:F9:0B

But none of them is working when resuming from standby. Server and WDTVL have static ip adresses.

Would be great if someone has more information about it how to use it.

Do you want to wake up your WDTV? Or do you want to use your WDTV + etherwake to wake up something else?

Normally, when you put the WDTV in standby you can't wake it up with wake on lan, because it's not "sleeping". You can access your WDTV (via ssh/webend) even when it's in standby. See these links for more details:
