Can't flash 1.06.15_V fw

Hi, i have a problem. I can't flash or install a custom fw on my new WD TV LIVE PLUS Media Player... Ive tried so many times, but i never got the "new fw found" when i started the wdtv...I tried it with 1.03.49_B_WDLXTV.COM_WDLXTV_PLUS-0.4.7.3 and 1.03.49_B_WDLXTV.COM_WDLXTV_PLUS-0.4.5.3
