tjpetersen,
Looks like your disk has problems and WDTV mounted it in read only mode. You should perform a disk check. The plugin saves an moviefilename.imdbid file in the same directory where the movie is. If this fails, it will keep asking you to associate the movie. I fixed that with my new version that caches the imdb ids in /tmp where it will be available till the next reboot. Note that download poster and subtitle will still not work till you fix your disk.

New version uploaded:
- Cache imdb ids and watched status in /tmp.
- If the thumbgen moviesheet cannot be saved on the disk, save it in /tmp to be able to temporary view it.

@TroNik: I'm not sure if you do it already, but maybe you should show a warning that the disk where the movie is stored is not writable and changes won't be persistent. This will spare you the questions - "where did my data go?".

You need to navigate to Video -> Media Servers -> UMSP -> Tronik Player

Hi all,

This is amazing. I have been looking for something that plays trailers! Thanks soooo much!!

Now can someone please heklp with a small problem I am having?
I read everything here and searched Google and i can't find an solution to my problem which is I can't get Tronik to show my standard Thumbgen movie sheets (filename_sheet.std.jpg).

I keep my sheets in the same folder as the movie.

Can anyone offer any guidance

RoGar,
See:

Added a setting for moviesheet filename (pattern compatible with ThumbGen) with default value "$M/$F_sheet.jpg". You probably need to put whatever you have in ThumbGen.

Is there a possibility to change the fronts to central European for the Rumanian subtitles?

@ring2okhu: Your question is offtopic (it has nothing to do with TroNik Player). You can select subtitle encoding under Settings (in the main screen). Choose Eastern or Western European (I don't remember which one I'm using), or ISO-8859-1 or ISO-8859-2). Experiment with the values until the subtitles are displayed correctly. Note that not all diacritics may display correctly, depending on the codepage used...

I just uploaded a new version where you can exclude directories by creating a .nomedia file in them.
