Hi, TroNik. Can I make two small (I think) requests?

- Can you add support to subtitulos.es? (It's a wikisubs style website, very similar to addic7ed, with spanish subtitles - also some english subtitles are posted there before they're posted on addic7ed)

- Can you add an option to "mark folder as watched" on the advanced menu? (This will benefit users who have on movie per folder. That way one can see marked movies without having to enter each movie folder)

Thanks in advance.

The SVN is down right now but I'll upload it as soon as it's up. In the meantime you could add/change the following files:
..........
Let me know if it works since I've only tested this under UMSPX.

others,
Please don't even bother requesting support for more subtitle sites. I only added support for subs4free because I am Greek.

It works fine with subs4free. No problems at all. I like how you made it show the language before downloading (english/greek). Awesome!!!

PS. Ela re elladara power!!! Egrapses!!!

jmaraujo,
1. I knew that people would make requests for more subtitles sites. See my previous message :)
2. Sure I can do that. edit: done and submitted to SVN

rokr,
Glad that it works. Note that it won't work for videos spitted in CDs and for rar files that contain more than 1 srt.

Even if TroNik will not add support for other subtitle sites, any forum member is welcome in making those changes themselves and sending back a patch to TroNik or to a UMSP developer to merge those changes in the plugin.
TroNik can't be forced to support everything the users want - because his time is limited, but the fun part is this is an open source community, and the users that want something done can do it (and should do it)!

This is valid for any plugin...

Does anyone have a video clip of this running? I want to try to get this working but would like to see how it works so I know if I am doing it rght! :)
Is there a format for the movie sheets I should be running as far as file naming convention?
How does the trailer stuff work? A highlight-able area or link you select and press enter on with the remote?

Don't know if there's a video out there, but everything is menu-based. You select your video and you get some options (play, subtitle download, trailer, etc).

Ahh, user error. It is pretty straight forward.

Does the download poster work? It tells me to associate a movie with an IMDb id and I do the search, and then press enter on the correct title but it puts me in a kind of loop that I have to press home on the remote to get out of. Is there supposed to be a confirmation screen for a successful association?

Does the view/create movie sheet work (the create part) as well, or it it better to use Thumbgen? I can't test since the above id association doesn't seem to work for me.

I left all of the setting in the WEC as default, maybe I need to change paths? (I have a flash drive plugged in for now storing 1 movie.)
If I do need to change paths in the WEC, I am unsure of what I need to change them to.

As for trailers, can I associate one with the title so I don't have to do the search each time?

ok, that's enough hand-holding for now... :)

Depending on the movie you have, once you associated it to an imdb id most features would work without further confirmation. If your disk is writable, the plugin will store the imdb id for later reference.

Make sure you are testing with a movie that has a known imdb id. Also, make sure the movie name is something unambiguous, since the search for an id is mostly based on the file name (as far as I know).
