Polish Translation for 0.4.2.9

I have created full Polish translation for WDLXTV-Live.
Full Polish user i/f (mind, no web gui translated), also for everything that was translatable in Plugins/Scripts.

It would also be nice to add Polish specific values on the selection lists, ie. for YouTube regions, etc. but we need to ask for this the custom firmware makers.
I am also open for WebConf translation.

Please post your comments, as I would like this to be included as Polish permanent translation in WDLX.
