added a timer, which might help

General Info
This Plugin finds and plays Trailers from http://www.IMDB.com for local or network media files

Search Order is - visit WEC to enable/disable search options
existing Local Trailer
.tgmd file
.nfo file
Search Based on Name

Default Download location is the location of your movie file.
Files are downloaded as .<Title>_Trailer.mp4

Not sure if that would interfere with MediaMark but that plugin also uses the stop button. Press Stop to mark or unmark the movie as seen.

Sounds interesting, so just to make sure I've understood this correctly, i install the plugin, then navigate my movies as normal, VIDEO --> Local device --> USB and upon pressing stop, it will play the trailer for the selected move?

If so AWESOME! Ill be flashing back to an older fw tonight .

To get accurate results we need to put the tgmd or nfo file inside the same directory as the movie video file?

Would it be easy to be able to use the MSHEETDIR and have all metadata files (tgmd or nfo) in the same location?

@RavRob, I wondered if this might conflict with mediamark, and my guess is it probably will, but I'm not sure how to work around it, when looking at the remote, we don't have very many buttons that are not in use already

I tried to catch the EJECT button, and failed, but if anybody has idea's on how to make it compatible that would be great
actually, Ideally, I would have wanted to make use of 2 buttons, 1 for playback and 1 to open a download menu

@hobbitjack, that's exactly what this does

@superbigjay, probably possible, but maybe not practical to try and implement searching for .tgmd or .nfo files in other locations
I'll think about it a bit, maybe I'll come up with some way that's not to difficult to implement

The associated tgmd file or nfo file would simply be
$MSHEETDIR/$FILENAME.tgmd

where
$MSHEETDIR is the path where the moviesheets and metadata are
$FILENAME is the video file name

If i didn't want the icon, could i simply replace the current one with a transparent png/gif?

As it currently covers the poster art of my moviesheets .

Apart from that, i think its great so far.

glad to hear that,

you can just delete the image, you can rename it, you can replace it
whatever you like

maybe one day the we can have some icon on the actual thumbnails, similiar to mediamark
but for now, I'm not quite sure how to do that without changing maybe 20 xml's in the firmware/osd

on another note, for those interested, I fixed all the code stops mentioned above this weekend, and also a few other bugs that cropped up
