TIP: You should also make sure to obfuscate, sign and encrypt your script to make sure nobody will be able to change a single bit in it or it will refuse to work...

I have placed the extracted "Time" folder and its content in the .wdtvext-plugins folder on the USB Drive where all my other plugins are but I have yet to see anything change. No time or nothing new.

What do I need to do to see this? Does it have to be at a certain place or mode like STD or What ever.

did you enable it, WDTVext plugins -> available plugins -> Time
then enable it
WDTVext will also make you reboot to actually activate it

eventually, I'll come back around to this and try to incorportate some of the suggestions above
also I noticed something odd while going through this, there's no option in WEC currently for NTP=ON

Duh!!

I was treating it as a UMSP plugin thinking it was automatically enabled. Enabled it and rebooted and it works great.
