dj, change the plugin to use getConfigSetting('WEATHER_ID') and i'll commit it

oh yeh, add all the required metadata too (look at any plugin in the svn)

Weather_v03.zip
Location now should be described into the S00custom-options file (So no need to edit Weather.plugin.js).
For example can add into the S00custom-options

i enter that site to try and download your plugin, do the captcha, then it gives me a page with no link to the zip. if i click on the link that is presented it tells me to install a browser toolbar. seriously, get a real hosting site, this narod.ru thing is bs.

Hint: After doing captcha you have to clear checkbox and then click link

Strange, the conflict with Plugin MediaNavigation is back : Medianavigation don't showing nothing anymore (osd/images) on bottom screen when press FF, NEXT or "search>goto"
afther installing the Weather (new)pluging
The Medianavigation seems to work, ((fast)forwarding) but its shows nothing on the screen.

PS I have installed Plugin: [SVN] Tools, Mediafolder, Mediamark, Subdownloader, MediaNavigation and Weather
and using WDXTV_LIVE PsychoTHC_OSD_MOD v6.2.3=2

Anybody a idea what to do ?
What is the right way to completely uninstal a pluging ? (just remove it from the .wdtvext-plugins directory?)
and is it possible that all these plugings can work together at the same time ?

Althernative OSD isn't the problem.
I removed Plugin: [SVN] Mediamark and Subdownloader and everything works okay again.
New weather plugin works also great.
