@jumbalaya - Is there an option to increase just the number of music album covers displayed? I say just since the number of displayed movie covers needs to remain as is so that it does not conflict with the movie sheet template.

Cheers,

there should be. under options for osd, not picto 3 options, there should be an option to set.

@jumbalaya - GENTHUMBS is set to 15 (default). Currently 6 thumbs are displayed. Calypso

If you want the normal view (respecting the GENTHUMBS setting) make sure to disable moviesheets for audio/photo view:
Code: Select all
config_tool -c GENMSHEET=OFF

This is a bit of a noob question - a noob at least in regard to OSD Modification and Theming!
I access all of my movies and media via a home server (Windows).
I've installed Thumbgen on the server, and also copied some 'templates' into the Thumbgen install directory.

Can I assume that after Thumbgen has collected all the information for all movies, all I need to do is have a memory stick with only the 'picto35.osd.bin' file inserted into the USB port on my WDTV Live Plus running WDLXTV 1.05.04 and then hard reboot?
Is this all that needs done, or do I still have to do something with S00 files and change code?
Appreciate any advice as I've been trying to find a guide to do this on the WDTV Live Plus and the 1.05.04 firmware - I had hoped that logging into the WDTV via an ethernet cable connected to my laptop would have offered the ability to download an app or plugin that would make this entire process simply a case of selecting appropriate options from within the WDTV web interface, but there is no 'OSD' tab that I've seen in other guides and YouTube videos, so came to a dead end on that one.

Thanks.

Sheets have nothing to do with OSD MODs. They should work with and without OSD MODs.

This is off-topic here, we have a whole forum section dealing with TG and Moviesheets:
