Hey there,

i wont to see moviesheets, but i dont know how it works. My Problem is, i have upgrade now to the latest b-rad with latest Psycho osd on USB.
To the last FW (b-rad+Psycho osd flash i think 1.21) i will go to Video-local drives-folders-USB, then i see 10 or 12 folders with thumb. Then i will klick on one
of these then i see the moviesheet. But now i cant configure it. Can anybody help me please?

Seriously?!?

1. How often do we have to tell you folks that there is no such thing as "latest version" for us developers!!
Give us an actual, complete version number (best copy&paste the filename of the firmware you downloaded).
2. Wrong topic, this topic is about PsychoTHC OSD MOD not Moviesheets (and it's setup).
3. There is extensive information about moviesheets and setting it up on the forum as well as on the wiki. (This is def. the most discussed topic on this forum!)

psychothc looks great. thanks alot for that.

i cant use it due to strange remote behavior. startet from stick, my fast forward button on the harmony one stops working. the stock remote is ok.
i have to remove osd and reflash the wd tv to get it back to function.

I strongly doubt that you need to reflash to get it going again, since everything you flash can't be changed later, it's a read-only filesystem. An app.bin or osd.bin might produce strange bugs and effects but they should be gone once you boot without usb drive.
The only thing an app.bin or osd.bin can change are config settings and these are not touched when you flash.
This OSD MOD is used by quite some poeple for quite some time now and I guess a general bug would have appeared by now...

My best guess is EIRI...
Check if you have EIRI enabled and make sure it's disabled.

a complete reset and a reflash did it. it was strange to see that.

this really is a nice look, probably my favourite. i can't find any bugs with it either so i can see how this would be a near final version. excellent port/work done.

Hey!

I have been using your OSD since I bought my WD box for some years now.
Now it´s time to install this on my brothers set-up at his place, he has a pure white apartment, and it would be cool if you could fix in the next release a plain white background for your OSD.

Or, can I change this myself in an easy way?

Thanks

Fredrik from Sweden!
My Setup:
Running: 1.05.04_V-WDLXTV-Live-0.5.1.1 [flash]
On: WD TV Live HD
With: PsychoTHC (1.05.04) v4.4 updated 12-28-11
With: moviesheets and foldersheets in Sheetmode
With: a great 5.1 system
With: a Samsung 55" LCD Ultra Slim
With: a really big sofa and my family!

That makes me a happy man! :)

Pay attention to the last sentence ;)

Or go to WEC -> OSD and place the mouse over BACKGROUND_IMAGE to get a nice tooltip help ;)

So themes can not be permanently saved? I have two externals (3TB and 2TB). Only way to get this theme working is to put file on a thumbdrive, however I must disconnect my externals. So, this does me no good if it prevents me from keeping my externals in. the WD LIVE SMP allowed you to upload themes from the front end. Appears this feature is not available on the custom firmwares.

seriously, :?

let my magic create new hareware storage space in a device that's probably 3+ yrs old

you need more usb ports, just grab a powered usb hub,
or put the osd.bin on the external drive, there's a chance it will work - depending on drive format, etc ..
