'Sleek' OSD for Live (1.05.04)

i stopped working on this when i began working on psychoTHC. it's completed as far as i know except for the images in the tv past the main screen.
wall view is modified to have 2 rows on top instead of the usual (more like poster view).
i figured i'd just release it so people could try it.

I would however prefer a different background, this one seem a bit to "formal".

If I may suggest, shoot for 1.05.04 compatibility if you're going for the Live and not going to support 1.02.21. 1.03.49 is no longer supported starting with 0.5.0.0, and 1.05.04 got quite a few differences OSD-wise that will require specific support (like the new Internet Media section).

thanks geordi, i haven't had a lot of time for this recently or to look at release 5.0 but when i do i'll give you a pm about testing. i appreciate the offer.
