found the perfect movie sheet template for my setup thanks a ton

Hey guys i have hit an issue with my movies sheets or the osd not sure which ill explain and see what yall think. i have 372 movies in one folder the movie sheets all work great except the last 2 rows now for example 2 out of 7 work (pic 1 below) so i took one of those movies that didnt work (pic 2) and made a folder called temp on my usb drive same place as the others copied the movie into that folder all by its self and it worked . (pic 3) so the question is : is there a limit to how many movies i can have in one folder for movie sheets to work properly. i have early mount on and all that . also the more movies i add in alphabetical order higher up in the list the more i get that dont work at the bottom any help will be appreciated.

The sheets are fine and displayed in all three of your pics.
What is not ok for some movies (and I think that's what you're talking about) are the thumbs.
Thumbs are handled by dmaosd, there's nothing we can change in it's bahviour.

I was going to suggest,

1. make sure all your thumbnails are in place
2. delete any folder titled .wdtv from your drives, then reboot

this will just force the wd to re-cashe the thumbs

ok i noticed inside all my folders is a thumbs.db file that windows made ( i assume ) i know when making boot animations for my android phone this file isnt needed it messes stuff up some times. should i delete all those thumb.db files ? its not the pics just the db windows created i assume when thumbgen was doing the sheets. i delete the folder you suggested and its rebooting now.

Thanks man deleting the .wdtv folder and rebooting did the trick all thumbs are working now.
