Thanks, it's works

PS. I use it not as app.bin - I use just script S99sleeptimer for avoiding external flash-drive

PPS. May be it's time to include it into firmware ?

Hi KAD, thanks for the update!
As I don't have any USB HDD plugged to the WDTV (I'm using a NAS), do you think/know if it's possible to copy it to the firmware? How?

Thanks.

@Velleda: you could load it as a NETAPP, directly from your NAS

I just extracted it and copied file S99sleeptimer into /conf
And call this script from S99user-script

if you're on ext3 firmware, just put it directly in /etc/init.d/.. and it will run without a S99user-script
but the other item you missing if you do it that way, is the wec entries
that's what the S98sleeptimer is, it just moves the ...wec.php to the correct place so that config is easily accessable

Can you please explain how to do this, so I don't have to have the App.bin on my HDD.

If i do this, will it allow me to remove the app.bin from my HDD, and in doing so, will I now be able to enable the setting to "turn off USB 5v power", since i wouldn't have an app.bin on my HDD?

One last question, If i select "deep sleep" mode in the config settings, will this sleep timer put it into the deep sleep, or will it be in standard standby mode?

Thanks

As far as I remember it goes into the sleep state by virtually pressing the POWER button on your remote. This means that if everything is set for DEEP_SLEEP, it should go into DEEP_SLEEP.

KAD can probably confirm or deny this.
