If someone have problems with audio in mkv (like in last Eureka.S04E05.720p.HDTV.x264-IMMERSE) you can try remux mkv file with mkvtoolnix. You must set compression algorithm to none in audio and video.
might it not have been infinitely better to patch the source to set those damn annoying header compression settings to 'none' by default, so as not to have to keep reminding people over&over?

In app.bin - mkvmerge is normal version, mkvmerge2 is alternative version to remove zlib compression header
Type in commandline:
mkvmerge2 -o <output file> <source file>
