Thank you again!
Looks like a Cisco RV082 Dual WAN VPN Router may work. After downloading and reading the sheets on it I think it will work for the project. Found one online that is on sale and will ship quickly.
I can pickup a WDTV live Plus locally here for under a $100.00.
Mean time, I need to keep reading and trying to understand it all.

awesome. I will give this a try. We have some disconnected remote offices that this may be useful for to display content. Thanks!

The RV082 doesn't use CiscoVPN - it uses a variation of OpenVPN, and PPTP.

I got a few RV042 deployed at some customers.

As I just said, it won't. vpnc is for Cisco VPN only. The RV0xx family are just rebranded Linksys products.

midgetcoach: Cisco VPN implements an extension called xauth: http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-ipsec-isakmp-xauth-06
Regular IPSec VPNs do not implement this extension.

vpnc implements xauth and can connect to Cisco VPNs, as RMerlin said. To connect to a regular VPN you would need the openvpn app.bin instead.

In all seriousness though, whats the obsession with cisco VPN if you don't even have a cisco VPN compatible device? Get a standards compatible device and be done with it.

Went ahead and ordered a new WDTV Live Plus from NewEgg. With a $10.00 instant rebate the total was $89.00 and included the shipping.
Ordered the router from ProVantage. Never delt with them before.
Hope to be testing this by the weekend.
Will post back results.
Thanks again to everyone for your help and comments.
