Try the version 2.03, the only one that works, in my case.

I have definitely missed your updates mate. Any idea why transmission suffers from corrupted downloads on version 1.05.04 - 0.5.1.1 for the LIVE?

Anyone know how to setup the remote gui to automatically open magnet links from the web browser without having to copy and paste? i'm using version 3.2.

Okay got it to work on windows 7 by modifying the registry entry for utorrent. All i did was change the open command in the registry to transmission remote gui instead of utorrent.

Anyone here interested in testing Transmission 2.51 lightweight? 8-)
transmission-2.51.app.tgz

You need to set TRANSMISSION_DIR to a writeable location, best early mounted (eg. /tmp/mnt/xxxxx/transmission)
You need to add your client computer IP to TRANSMISSION_ALLOWED to be able to use the webend.
eg. TRANSMISSION_ALLOWED='127.0.0.1,192.168.1.10' if the computer your sitting at has IP 192.168.1.10
All this can be configured in WEC -> Apps.
