RTorrent Speed Problem

I have 75 megabits of internet speed. With r torrent I can download at up to 2.5 megabytes. How do I increase my speed? (FTP download speed is 9.5 megabytes)

It's limited by the small processor (<500MHz) and RAM (<200MB). USB storage is also slow. So you can't really gain more speed with it.
