Resume points are not persistent through reboots as long as you don't have a usb drive connected with a file called video_resume_point_table in the root of that drive.

Re the WEATHER feature on this WDLXTV Live firmware...

I can't seem to get it to recognise London, England (UK).

Is it a US only feature? Anyone know?

No, I'm running it without problems with settings for my city in germany...
Also this is a native WD feature (if you're talking about AccuWeather in OSD) which was not modified in any way by WDLXTV.

Yes, it is the AccuWeather feature. How did you set it up for your town? Was it in the web-browser or via the WDTV box itself? Thanks again.

Lastly, does the "AutoRes" setting still have the "couple of seconds" picture delay when a clip is selected and played?

1) You set this up in OSD in the AccuWeather page itself.

Page 96 in the english manual.
Why does nobody seem to read the documentation before posting questions, especially if it a feature of the original firmware...

2) I don't know I never really used the WD autores feature.

One last question...

I'm finding that on this firmware... everytime I re-boot my WDTV Live my video setting seems to revert to "composite output" and "PAL".

Is there a way that I can configure it to always come on as "HDMI", "1080p/60" resoluation, and "Auto" Deep Color?

I was looking at the CONFIG page, but I'm a noob and don't want to brick my device. Thank you.
