Problem with NFS share on windows7 ultimate

Do you have a uPnP compliant router/firewall? If so, is uPnP enabled? With uPnP enabled you won't need to manually configure the ports. I have a Linksys WRT410N w/ uPnP enabled and have not had to set anything up on my router. Hanewin works like a champ exporting my NFS shares on my HTPC/media server. I did, however, have to add the ports to my SOFTWARE firewall running on the Win7 PC.

once you're able to log in to telnet/ssh on wdtv and showmount -e <IP address of share>
then you'll be able to mount the shares
until you can do that .... you're outta luck

just another thought, I'm sure all of this is going through a router, does your router have a built in firewall? or possibly blocking certain ports or restricted cmds

and that shows without question, there is a problem with your windows 7 computer.

uninstall hanewin, delete the install folder, then re-install it and don't use a keygen to register it.
something is obviously f'ed up with your config, the problem is definitely on your win 7 PC..

a bad upgrade, a fubared install of either the OS or hanewin..

Have you verified the NFS Service is started on your computer. Check by doing START and type in SERVICES.MSC (or COMPUTER | MANAGE) and verify it has actually started. Myt system is now giving me issues and that is why. Even forcing it to start will not work.
