WDTV Live Network Share And Movie Sheets

Currently have the WDTV Live and looking to put custom firmware on and have a hard drive shared from my PC over network and for it too show movie sheets for films, tv shows comedy shows etc. Looking for everytbingn to have there own folder with own folder icon etc. What's best firmware to use also choice of osd etc. Thanks very much guys lets see if I can get this working after iv left it from 2011 and have up
