Hi Again belatu, I think i have followed your guide and set everything up correctly but when I try to generate a sheet I get the following process log:-

Hi Bangerbob, It's nothing you're doing wrong, it's a recurring problem that some users seem to get and I'm having a hard time tracking down the cause since it's not happening on all installations. would it be possible for you to disable UAC in your user settings temporarily just to confirm if this problem is being caused by UAC?

When I get the show information and click on a backdrop, the program always crashes. Any ideas why? I'm using Windows XP.

hmm, that's a new one, is there a message when it crashes? does it show an error? it's strange since there are no events associated with clicking on or selecting a backdrop, i.e. the application does not do anything when you click on or select a backdrop.

Could you test using the "Auto Folder" button to test if the problem is with clicking/selecting or displaying the image.

It might not be when I select a backdrop. It seems to just crash as it's downloading backdrops and fanart.

Thanks for the info agesixracer, I think I've found the cause some stray code left over from the old poster/fanart selection interface, it's gone now and should sort out the issue. I'll upload a new build later today .

Thank you belatu, seems quite a cool program. I have some questions though. Is there any way to set it up to save the picture and other files to some user preferred directory instead in the directories where the movie files are? I have quite a large collection of tv shows shared out on my home nas drive and for protection purposes it is only read-only. Don't want some player or other program creating there some files, like to keep it clean. Any chance of saving the picture and data files to some other folder I could share out on the network (where WD TV player could read them)?
