I'm using the Arial font, a very basic font that is normaly available on all computers.... make sur you have it... if not here it is in the attachments

to get season an episode sheets to show up, just name them properly, and once you have that seaon folder or episode selected it will show

like for folder "Dexter - Season 6" create a sheet named "Dexter - Season 6_sheet.jpg" (you are missing the underscore in your list)
and put it inside that same folder
for the episode... "Dexter - 6x07 - Nebraska.mkv_sheet.jpg" should show up when the file "Dexter - 6x07 - Nebraska.mkv" is selected

Also, how do I get each episode to show up as a thumbnail, rather than the file and a separate thumbnail for each episode.
I don't quite understand the question.... picture please.... a picture is worth 10,000 words

How do I change the font? I did not do anything different after downloading your template, so I am not sure why the font would have changes.
What I mean by each episode showing up as a thumbnail is that I want each episode to be represented by the season image.
Right now it just shows the default icon for any file type. I want it to be image I have chosen.
Hope this makes sense.

XP doesn't accept a period as first character in explorer... use the command line to rename your files.
Code: Select all
ren [drive:][path]<old filename> <new filename>

eg.
Code: Select all
ren X:\Movies\Nice.Movie\folder.jpg .folder.jpg

Spoke too soon
When I add a folder.png file to a folder do I have to unplug the player for it to take effect?
I have the file in the folder but it does not show up on the screen....with or with out the period in front.
my layout is as follows
H:/movies/A/America/america.avi (and other Thumbgen files)
/About Bob/aboutbob.avi
/folder.png
etc
In the A folder I have folder.png which is the letter A

You do not need to change anything. just download and extract the .TTF file from the ZIP file
right click on the .TTF and select install font...
then re-generate the sheet it should correct it

as for the Thumbs, meaning something like this ?
Image
If so, then make sure that each episode has its own thumbnail before generating the sheet.

Which folder do I extract the .TTF file to?
I extracted it to my 'ThumbGen' folder (where the app is located) and re-generated the sheet.
Got the same thing.

Another question:

I have currently have wrestling shows that are structured like this:

WRESTLING/Wrestlemania3/Disc1

I also have background pictures and logos that I downloaded.
How would I set these up?
