ThumbGen Designer - Bugs,wishlist,discussions (v1.0.17)

Look at the first post. I try to keep there a list with the pending things (at least during the beta phase).

TG:
for that "* During pasting an image ask the user if the real image should be moved also to the target location"
Maybe an section into the options so we can choose the relative path of the past image.
For example we can put "%PATH%\images" so the image is copied here and not "like" from the original sheet (who can be %PATH%\..\common\images\WhyNotHere).

I have been (and still am) busy at work in the last days (finishing tasks before holiday) and I did nothing on the TG/TGD area.

I also feel a bit "unmotivated" to do something as I got banned/removed from some forums where I just informed users that ThumbGen exists. Yup, it is true. I violated the forum rules if:
- I used a link to wdtvlive.net where I publish my releases (mpcclub) and one to this forum (for TG Designer)
- I "spammed" (actually I had only ONE post informing users how to get nice covers for their boring player) the Seagate official forums
- I had a link in my signature to thumbgen.org AND I used "thumbgen" as username (avforums)

But each forum with its own rules...

As an update about TGD I am stuck an the undo/redo for now

I definitely appreciate the hard work that you put into this . I would like to request the ability to generate a sheet with the current settings. I find it helpful for editing source images for my template in Photoshop. Currently I have to take a screenshot to import into Photoshop. Thanks.

@bg1: U mean an option to "Export to PNG/JPG/BMP" the "visible" sheet from the editor? If yes, then I will add this to the features list, it makes sense for sure.

Is it possible to grab the genre of the movie? Maybe grab the first X amount and put them in a variable like $G1, $G2, $G3 (ect). I always use the first genre from imdb as the folder to put my movies in and that save me a few steps..

Is this related to the Designer?

If u speak about ThumbGen then I have no plans splitting genres. U can already do that in the template by limiting the MaximumValues="1" for Genres. (Read more about templates on thumbgen.org Templates Documentation)
