Android replacement for WDTVHD

Just wondering if there is an Android box same as WD TV Live HD media player? Mine still works fine but I've been using it for a couple years and would like a change to something newer and better.

Any advice appreciated

from a youtube perspective:

I f you can't beat them join them....
I wonder if an android(google) box would still be so picky playing back VEVO video.
I would not care about seeing ads, as long as I can get all the videos I want.

regarding the speed:
I doubt that on a closed FLASH firmware that the speed can degrade, unless there was an evolved down-clocking mechanism.
Maybe your speed issues relies on your network...

Thanks for the reply, I never said I am having issues I just was interested in updating to newer, if there are newer / better etc as I have no idea
