the wdtv live modified fw is compatible with the new live hub fw or not?

I've just downloaded the GPL firmware from the site, I'm just curious to look at it... and i BADLY need volume adjustment from the remote.

BTW, losing netflix + pandora + live365 + youtube is acceptable if I get bittorrent + volume adjustment for me... so I think (but that's me!) that you guys should give ppl an option, if u are able to

HI everyone,
I know this is an old topic, but I want to restart it again if possible. The wdlxtv project is just too good.
I am not from US and we do not have any of these premium services. So I would not mind to loose them. I also already lost my warranty anyway and I would like to be a beta tester.
Is there a chance for it?
