did you solve this xmount issue?

have you tried running xmount manually to see what happens?
what does the mount table say?
how about the output of smbclient?

Hi Guys

Haven't been around here for a little while, I was wondering if there has been any sort of upgrade to the 1.01.30-EXT3_Liverpool_Plus-0.1.4 to do something similar to what the WD TV most resent firmware upgrade in the select content source it gives you an option called my media library which allows you to look at multiple media servers.

On a side note, as we are running this custom firmware using the Goodbye Black Mamba theme, we have noticed that we have had to restart our WD player pretty much every time we want to watch a movie in our theatre room, even though we turn off our WD player after each use. It gets really glitchy, and slow if we do not do this.
Not sure if there is anything we can do to correct this problem?

Thanks Jen

Could you give me some instruction to use Goodbye Black Mamba theme?

I use it, but the text is invisible. I cannot see the name of my folders.

Which files do you have when you use thumbgen?

Most of the help and information that I got from goodbye black mamba theme was on the actual theme thread here is the link:

http://community.wd.com/t5/WD-TV-Themes/Theme-GoodBye-Black-Mamba-LinkSheet-Updated-Dec-14th/td-p/510386

I would read through those posts and see if you can find answers.

When you say your text invisible... what do you mean?

We used the black mamba theme in thumbgen and it creates a movie sheet and a jpg.

They probably mean that in "Gallery View" there is no name of the folder displaying

that's because rv_gallery_browse_page.xml does not have the code <text text="@@browse_text" to display the folder/file name

so, if you don't create a Linksheet/Moviesheet .... then you won't have a clue what folder you're viewing (unless you have a folder.jpg image in the folder)

2 things ...

(1) your little thumbnails ... when i click on them, they just go to the postimage.org upload page

maybe try just posting the postimage.org "Direct Link"

eg. http://s11.postimg.org/hvesqqlcz/tv_philips_lcd_2.jpg

or "Thumbnail for Forums (1)" (just copy and paste it here)

Image

(2) looking at the 2nd tiny thumbnail ... it looks like the files/folders are at the top of the screen, when they should be at the bottom
but it's difficult to tell.

re-download / re-install the theme / re-read the provided instruction manual
