Thanks for the help... What is the easiest way to correct without having the web frontend and access to file manager?

Easiest is a relative term...
For me and recliq, easiest would be to use vi or nano from telnet to edit the file.
For you, I would suggest connecting via a FTP client (e.g. Filezilla) and editing the file through there.

Ok, got all up to date.... Web Frontend is back up and I am now able to access the remote, etc. via my touchpad! Going to test web remote to make sure it works... Is there any "improvements" out there that I could do regarding the remote? Thanks for all the help in walking me through that. :D

The improvements I can think of are ditching HP OS and installing android + some wdtv apps you can find there. :)
Search the forum for Android to see what you are missing out.

:) I'm running both Webos & Android, still prefers the (zombie) Webos :-p

but well, you can do some things like:
Add a direct link on the program list to the Remote (http://IP/addons/remote/)
And was looking into the tg2htm to see if I could browse a HTML version of all the movies on the browser, and click & play (http://forum.wdlxtv.com/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=4881)
u can also use the Webplayer Jukebox to browse mp3's & play
u can also use UPNP browser to select & play to WDTV directly from any UPNP server.

& so on ;)
