Sorry my noobiness but i'm facing the same problem before.
I can view the file but not if i call him through umsp.php
In the videa flv to the TV Golo Plugin i had to process as an attachment and $cmd = "ffmpeg -y -i '$prmUrl' -vcodec copy -acodec copy -f flv pipe:1"
But this is not working for this one.

Any ideas?

Update:

For some unowned reason at least for me if i try to play this flv file under umsp.php don't work! (wd tv live file format not supported)
But if i try to play the same file with the same proxy from a plugin it works!
